At Vitasport, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Locations
- We ship to all locations within Puerto Rico, the U.S., and internationally.  
- Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Processing Time 
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Puerto Rico & U.S.)  
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Puerto Rico & U.S.)  
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.  

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.  
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (within Puerto Rico/U.S.).

5. Tracking Your Order 
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s site.

6. Shipping Delays 
- While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather). We are not responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking the shipment.

7. International Shipping 
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

8. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
